Energy Healing - Why and How?
You may be aware that the life you’re experiencing does not feel aligned with who you really are, you feel something is off or there is something more - this is the first step! It is at this point we often seek some help to support us on our journey. Be assured, you can break free of whatever holds you back. We are all on this earth for a reason. The soul doesn’t make mistakes! Knowing this, you are meant to discover your life purpose and align with it.

Discovery

So believe it or not, you already have all the answers you need. Your soul carries this information. All you have to do is connect with it and ask. When you learn how to do this things become clear – like fog clearing to reveal the road ahead. This road and the destination are personal to you. Your soul has the map and you can learn to read it.

Once we develop a soul connection and have a clear grasp of what is in alignment and what is not, we are likely to start making some pretty big changes. Even if we don’t actively do so, this awakening will automatically raise the frequency of our energy. As it rises higher we naturally find those elements of our lives (e.g. career, location, relationships) that do not match these new frequencies will leave our reality so that new experiences can enter. Again, it may be at this pont we reach out for further support from a mentor in our journey.
Challenges and Healing

The rub is that we all hold energies that can block this ascension process or slow it down. It is as if we have accessed the ‘map’ within our soul but the roads have been closed! So what are these energies? Why are we carrying them? Most importantly, what can we do about them so we can reopen the roads and continue our journey? These energies often relate to unhealed trauma, karmic loops playing on repeat, ancestral wounds or programming we carry in our field. Sometimes energetic hexes, curses or even negative entities are affecting us. Some of these issues have their root in this incarnation but many are rooted in other lives. Unsafe energetic practices can also cause problems.
What Can We Do?

Fortunately, all of these can be healed and released. I’ve done it personally and so have many others. This work has now come into our collective awareness as never before and is speeding up. It is part of the evolution that is taking place as the planet raises her frequency and goes through a similar process. It is important work and part of what we came here to do within the collective of humanity. It is a matter of applying the right methods to come into that awareness, forge a deep connection with your higher self, tap into your soul purpose and heal/release anything that holds you back from this.

I offer one to one sessions to guide you through this process, part of it or all of it. Sessions are tailor-made to you and your needs. Depending on where you are in your journey, Development and Mentoring Sessions (I work with many spiritual practitioners) or Healing Sessions may be appropriate - or a combination of both. The work we do together can relate to any area of your life. Wherever you are experiencing negativity or challenges in your life it is a signal, telling you there is work to you.
